Our Onsite Programs are designed to educate your employees about their overall health. Included in these programs are general programs related to Exercise and Nutrition but as specific as the effect of chronic diseases on an individual's health. Our workshops are conducted by experts in the fields of medicine, exercise and nutrition. Our team of experts will work with you to customize an onsite program that is relevant to your employees based on the Biometric Screenings, the Personal Health Risk Assessment and Claims Data from your Health Insurance Provider. Our team will also incorporate components of the PHD Network, Complete Core+ and Our Health Coach so individuals have the tools necessary to change their behavior and to manage their diseases. Health Fairs: Health Fairs are formulated as a result of requested topics of health and wellness issues of a company's particular employee environment by the employer, results of biometric screenings being concentrated in a particular are of health concern, and a chance to offer incentives to employees to participate in healthy activities related to health and wellness initiatives of a company.

Team Challenges: Team Challenges are designed by our sports performance specialists in order to build character, strengthen relationships, and to teach employees about setting goals and achieving benchmarks in a team setting. These challenges involve physical and mental challenges based on point systems and degrees in order to yield results of classification and advancement.

Facility Management: Facility Management encompasses taking existing employee fitness level environments and goals and managing existing facility space or designing new facility space to achieve these goals such as formulating plans for a new weight room for your company or taking existing space and turning that space into a wellness center. This management includes online monitoring of all programs.
