Incentive Programs


An Employee Rewards and Incentive Program will help promote high participation rates in your wellness program, which in turn increases the likelihood of a higher Return on Investment. Our Software tracks incentive points for individual participation, generates easy-to-read reports, and makes your incentive fulfillment process a snap. There are several ways to incentivize an employee to participate in a Wellness Program.

  • You can offer your employees a reward which is no more than 20% of the cost of employee-only coverage to take the Health Risk Assessment and/ or complete the Wellness Program designed for them. 
  • You can offer your employees a discount on their premiums which is no more than 20% of the cost of employee-only coverage for participation in the Wellness Program.
  • You can make it mandatory.  If you want Health Insurance, you have to participate in the Wellness Program.
