Randy Howell, Founder/ Owner
Randy will be responsible for carrying out the strategic goals and objectives of Complete Wellness Plus as well as the direction set forth by the Board of Directors. His main role will be to oversee the organization’s philosophy, mission, strategy and its annual goals and objectives.

He is the founder and CEO of SourceOne Benefits, LLC, a benefit education and enrollment company and CompensationPlus, LLC, a benefit statement company. Randy has worked with companies that range in size from 10 employees to 3,000+ employees.

His current clients represent a wide range of industries including Law Firms, a Security Company and several well known Manufacturing Companies. In all his clients represent over 10,000 employees.
